We accept most major insurance plans and bill your insurer directly, though some plans may not fully cover virtual visits, so a copay or coinsurance may apply. Virtual visits are available only to patients located in Louisiana. You must be physically present in the state at the time of your appointment.

Telehealth visits are not a subsitite for in-person care. Telehealth urgent care visits are not intended to replace in-person medical consultations. Telehealth visits have limitations and may not cover all aspects of an in-person examination. Emergent medical situations can not be assisted and will be redirected to the nearest emergency room.
