Very friendly and quicker than a doctors office and very efficient! Highly recommend! I would also like to add that Urgent Care on Wall Blvd called me yesterday to follow up on my visit Friday to see if I was feeling better, to me that is above and beyond and greatly appreciated to know that they really do care! I am starting to improve today! Thankyou Urgent Care! ❤️

Urgent Care on Wall in Gretna is by far the best. Awesome people. Doctors are caring and very thoughtful not to mention patient.

Out of all of the Urgent care facilities I've been to, this location is the best. They are very PPP (Polite Professional Patient). Most of the time your in and out in no time, unless they are extremely pack and that's understandable.

I received excellent service. The staff very cordial,kind and very professional! It was a pleasure to be at the Gretna Urgent Care! The best was that I was able to communicate in my native language (Spanish) with the front desk! I would highly will recommend the Urgent Care in Gretna to the Latin Community! Doesn’t matter if you make an appointment & sign up online- you’ll be waiting at least an hour to be seen. The staff jokes around behind the desks. Patients in the waiting room play loud videos on their phones, blasting over the elevator music.
To be waiting so long while suffering is ridiculous. This is the 2nd time they’ve done this to me. Never coming here again.
Edit: Doctor was great. Really professional.
But the lack of “urgency” at this “urgent care” was beyond frustrating.

Wait times can vary depending on patient volume and the needs of those being treated. We provide this information during the online check-in process so patients know that delays may occur.
