The Urgent Care provides virtual urgent care services to patients through our telemedicine platform. Before engaging in a virtual visit, please carefully read and understand the following:
Telehealth visits are not a subsitite for in-person care. Telehealth urgent care visits are not intended to replace in-person medical consultations. Telehealth visits have limitations and may not cover all aspects of an in-person examination. Emergent medical situations can not be assisted and will be redirected to the nearest emergency room.
Limited scope. Virtual visits have limitations on the conditions we are able to treat, especially if the condition requires in-person examination or further testing. Providers make decisions based on the infromation available during the viritual visit but may require the patient to continue their care in-clinic.
