Our weightloss coaches are trained to not only help you acheive your weightloss goals, but to ensure you are healthy and happy (and never hungry) through the whole process.
Weightloss can be very difficult to accomplish for many people. Many feel intimidated by strict diets, tedious workout plans and the discipline required to go along with it. If you have decided that you need to lose weight, the best plan of action is to seek medical attention. Of course, we do not mean the ER but your primary care or urgent care can certainly assist. We highly recommend that you have a physician monitor your progress to ensure you are losing weight the most effective and healthy way. At our urgent care centers, we provide our patients with a medical grade weight-loss program that accommodates the varied lifestyles of our patients. We understand many people do not know true nutritional value and hidden weight-gain ingredients and components in foods. We also know many of our patients may not know how to properly cook healthy meals nor know how to correctly shop for them.
Do not be fooled by what grocery stores or the media try to sell us as “healthy foods.” Food items such as fruits, dairy, and starches such as brown rice and wheat bread, all contribute to our weight gain, not loss. Simply supplementing white rice with brown rice has virtually no difference, aside from the fact that one is more natural looking than the other. All the above components not only have a high amount of carbohydrates, they also contain sugar. Though fruits are generally healthy, they contain a lot of sugar and should be eaten in moderation like all foods. Information like this is vital in ensuring the proper weightloss method and proving your diet effective.
Our weightloss plan is not just a fad diet, it is a lifestyle. The patients we recommend to start our hands on diet, called Ideal Protein, is only meant for those who are ready to begin a lifestyle change. To the surprise of many, our diet plan does not outline anyform of exercise. For most who start on the phase 1, we recommend little to no workout. Ideal Protien is a consumption-based diet and revovled around switching the your body burning sugars and carbohydrates to burning calories and fat.
Our clinic is an authorized Ideal Protein center. Ideal Protein is a diet program that offers rapid weight loss while sparing lean muscle mass. This program and diet is a lifestyle change, not a fad or one-time diet. The Idea Protein program is only designed for people who are 100% commited to losing, gaining or maintaing weight. IP (Ideal Protein) consists of four phases: weight loss in the first two stages, transition in the third, and maintenance in the fourth. The basis of the diet is based on a ketogenisis: low carb, low sugar, and low fat. Don’t worry, not all the food you eat is from us! Our coaches will give you an outline of foods you can and cannot eat, plus satisfying recipes that will make you into a better chef!

We make our program as affordable as possible and work with each person’s budget. The first consultation starts at $99 not including the cost of food and vitamins (additional $28-$200). All other meetings with your coach will not have a charge as long as food is being purchased (in any amount). We will show you how the cost of our Ideal Protein program replaces the cost of your weekly food budget, ensuring that it can be affordable for most everyone. If you purchase a food item and despise it (most of the food is good! We promise!) then we will gladly exchange it for another item.
