1. Consent

By voluntarily providing your cell phone number to The Urgent Care for the purpose of receiving text messages and calls related to your urgent care visit and healthcare services, you hereby consent to such communications.

2. Scope of Communication

You acknowledge and agree that The Urgent Care may use your cell phone number to send you text messages and make calls for the following purposes:

  • To e-register for your visit
  • Visit reminders and notifications.
  • Urgent care visit updates and instructions.
  • Test results and medical information.
  • Registration and insurance-related information.
  • Billing and payment reminders.
  • General health information relevant to your care.

3. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages and calls sent by The Urgent Care. You are responsible for any charges incurred as a result of these communications according to your mobile service provider’s terms.

4. Opting Out / In

You have the right to opt-out of receiving text messages and calls at any time. To do so, you can reply to a text message with “STOP”. If you have opted out and need to opt in, please follow the instructions.
