Where do I locate my pin? -Pins are generated and emailed upon discharge, the email will come from firstname.lastname@example.org / InteliChart Patient Portal (check your spam/junk)-Pin not working? email frontdesk@theurgentcare and a new one will be generated and sent to this email within 24HRS. -Didn’t receive an email or text with your pin? email frontdesk@theurgentcare and a new one will be generated and sent to this email within 24HRS.
