School physicals measure a child’s growth throughout the course of a year. They consist of a complete physical examination to ensure your child is physically healthy. The examination will review their medical history, weight, height, body mass index, nutrition, sleep habits, physical and social development, academic ability, risks to health/safety, status of chronic conditions, immunization update, and adolescent issues.
A school physical is required to attend most schools.
Call or visit one of our conveniently located clinics for more information on our school physicals.
