Our Policies

Our Mission

To provide high quality, urgent medical care in a professional, comfortable environment with compassion. At The Urgent Care, our providers are highly educated and well-trained to provide excellent compassionate care with the latest state-of-the-art technology. Timely, quality patient care is our top priority, and we are glad to accommodate your family’s medical needs.

Insurance

Please look at our list of accepted insurances. We accept most major insurances but require that all co-pays or deductibles be payed at the time of service. If we do not participate with your insurance company, we ask that payment be made at the time of the services rendered and your insurance company will reimburse you any amount due.

Auto Accidents

We DO NOT accept auto accident claims as we do not accept car insurance; however, all patients who have been in a car accident can be seen if they pay out of pocket at the time of service.

Medicare/Medicaid

You must bring a valid identification card and bring your social security card or have knowledge of the number. No out of state Medicaid accepted.

Tricare

Referrals needed from your Primary Care Manager for specialty care services. Without a referral, you pay higher out-of-pocket costs (point of service option).

Emergencies

The Urgent Care clincs are NOT emergency centers. If you are having a medical emergency, please call 911.
If you show up at our clinic and your situation is an emergency, we will call 911 and have an ambulance take you to the nearest hospital of your choice. You will not be charged for your visit with us. However, if you have been checked-in and triaged and the provider has determined you have an emergency, we will call 911 and have an ambulance take you to the nearest hospital of your choice. You will be charged for your visit with us.

If you refuse to take an ambulance or refuse to go to the hospital, we will have you sign a waiver Against Medical Advice (AMA).

No Exceptions

ALL patients must present a valid identification or drivers license.
ALL minors must be present with a parent or guardian.

No Appointment Needed

Appointments are not required to receive care, and we welcome walk-ins. If you need to seek medical attention, our doors are open for you. However, you can expedite wait time by reserving your spot in line by Checking-In.
